The Birthday 'Product Placement' Challenge

Our next challenge here at longliveiantolongliveianto is to celebrate Ianto's birthday! (yes, we know we're a couple days late but, just like Torchwood, sometimes things come up that disrupt the timeline)


The idea behind this challenge is simple - write a story based around Ianto's birthday and use some type of product placement in the story. For example - Jack puts Magic Relighting Birthday Candles on Ianto's cake. Or, maybe Ianto decides that the way he wants to celebrate his birthday is to stay in bed and eat Marshmallow Fluff all day.


As long as it's a celebration of Ianto's birthday, there is a product placement somewhere in the story and it follows the basic rule of the community that Ianto is extremely long-lived or immortal - then it's good to go!

Remember, this list is just a place to start and the challenge is not limited to the products on the list. Use as many, or as few, products as you want. 

Fic can be posted anytime between now and the end of the challenge - which will be September 19th.  There is no minimum word count for fic. Artwork needs to clearly depict what type of long-life/immortality Ianto has.  If you have any questions, please comment on this post and one of the moderators will answer as soon as we can.
