Description: In the wake of Canary Warf, superheroes and villains emerged and Torchwood is tasked with monitoring them. Torchwood's leader, Captain Jack Harkness has no idea that the team's mild-mannered archivist, one Ianto Jones, is half of the super-powered duo The Darkstars, something that Ianto and his twin sister Rhiannon rely on their best friend and flatmate, PC Andy Davidson to help keep secret.
Their biggest challenge is reporter Gwen Cooper, who's internet site Beyond Truth paints Torchwood as incompetent and promotes vigilantes such as the Darkstars, all while obsessing over their true identities. When a master criminal known only as The Welshman uses Gwen's footage to discredit them and plots to take over the world, the Jones twins and Torchwood must coordinate their efforts with the Justice League in order to stop him before it's too late.
A/N: There are a fair bit of references to Smallville and the DC Universe in here, and a few guest appearances from the Doctor Who Universe as well, but even if you aren't familiar, it should still be okay. Hope you like it!
