New Challenge Time!

Our non-anniversary challenge has come to an end with some really great entries!  Thank you to everyone that participated - your personalized banners will be posted soon.  We'll also be doing a master post of all the entries within the next couple of days.  If you're still working on an entry, please post it when you're finished!

In celebration of Ianto Jones' birthday, we are hosting a new challenge - the "Happy Millenium Birthday" challenge!  We want to know how immortal!Ianto, wizard!Ianto, vampire!Ianto, angel!Ianto or any other type of extended-life!Ianto you can come up with is spending his 1,000th birthday on August 19, 2983.

The challenge will run for a month, ending on September 19th.  Entries can be fics of any length, art, fanmixes or videos.  Entries can be posted at any time during the next month, starting today.  Please use the tag 'millenium birthday' for your entry in addition to the other required tags (author, rating, etc...).

It will - its going to be at least three separate full length stories. So far 1 and 3 are about done. Two is going to take a little time.

I think the whole series will be about 15-20K.

just a silly question, considering e-er all time travelling stuff done in Who-niverse his 1,000th birthday will be most likly anything but August 19, 2983. Right?

Very true, good point! As long as Ianto is 1,000 years old in the fic, it really doesn't matter what the actual date is where they celebrate.
