Summary: After Alex Hopkins murders the Torchwood Three team and then kills himself, Jack Harkness gets a Tarot reading that sends him to a tiny Welsh village, where he finds a creature of legend...
A/N2: I meant to have this up last night, but what had been scheduled as an eight-hour work shift turned into a twelve, and by the time I was done I was wiped out. So I'm sorry about the delay.
A/N3: Also, I am planning a couple of sequels to this. In fact, I already have part of a coda to "Everything Changes" written up in this universe. However, I really need to work on my Reel Torchwood story (based on "Buckaroo Banzai" and tentatively titled Ianto Jones and the Torchwood Cavaliers) and I'd really like to finish Ways of Light and Darkness before the end of the year. Plus I have two new "On-Verse" stories in the works, so it's going to be a bit busy for me until into January. But I do plan on returning to this. Thanks to everyone who as read it and commented. I really appreciate it!
