She requested a story that happened in the time of the dragons, and I used my "Religious and other Festivals" prompt on my Cliche Bingo card to write it.  This is a story that takes place before Ianto's family were killed, and I chose the mating ceremony of Ianto's sister, Sabrina.   Since this is a before he was Ianto Jones, names are different, mostly because the Welsh didn't, in fact, exist back that far, and in fact takes place in the last century of the Roman Empire.  Names are based on Roman norms, as is the dating. 


Summary:  It's a happy time for Draco Brennius Iohannes' family...his sister Sabrina is being mated to Marcus in a traditional ceremony that calls forth a power that gives young Iohannes a small glimpse of his future.
