Author's note:  Okay, real life has managed to totally distract me, and I won't have the next chapter of Gypsies of the Rift up until tomorrow.  To reward you all for your infinite patience with me, I thought I might post another of my WrianoJune stories to tide you over.   This also covers one of my Long Live Ianto Cliche Bingo Prompt, Ghosts and Hauntings.  

Summary: The restless dead go on strike, cluttering up the hallways of the Armageddon Department...and crimping Death's naked time with Apocalypse, which makes Death a very cranky Horseman.
