Summary: Nothing lasts forever, everything changes, even when you don't realize it's happening.
Note: My apologies for the huge leap of time this chapter and the rest of the fic takes. I wanted to finally get it finished. Besides, I do have many ideas on what happened to Jack and Ianto between last chapter and this one and decided I have some prompts on bingo cards that I can use to write up the intervening years. There are 2 or 3 more chapters plus an epilogue after this one. I hope everyone likes it!
